I rang for help on 18442346038 but there was no ring tone.  Is there another number that I can call to get help installing the software?  Thanks

It is not listed on my list of apps.  What do I do now?

Let's check if AVG Internet Security is installed on your device. Do you have AVG icon on your desktop screen? Go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> check if AVG is listed there.

Hi,

I just bought the AVG Internet Security and followed steps 1 and 2.  When the bar reached the end, the box just disappeared  I am not sure if it has been installed or if something has gone wrong.

I tried the steps again and same thing.

Well, in that case, try running AVG Clear tool as mentioned (here)to remove the traces.
Try installation using offline installer file which is available in this website: https://www.avg.com/download.prd-gsr under paid version as (32/64) bit.
Keep us informed about the status.
