This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.

Restart the PC and check if you are able to access the AVG Internet Security.

For some reason Windows defender had become the dominant virus protection on my computer with AVG internet security running in the background. AVG icon tells me that my system is protected but I can't open the dashboard interface because of Defender and I can't turn Defender off. The message I get when I try to open the dashboard is that 'UI failed to load' .
how can I access the dashboard? I have AVG anti track, AVG driver updater and AVG Ultimate on the machine.

Does any one know how I can access the dashboard for internet security?
