(1) My firewall feature opens but the download fails on my laptop but not on my desktop. Meaning it is active on my desktop but inactive on my laptop.

(2) The AVG search engine interface is nice and noiseless. Very competitive with Google search engine, which too is noiseless.

(3) Is there a guide booklet with avg?
