You haven't replied to my answer on this support page. Is that all the help I get? I can't fix the problem with your software. I've paid, now your system will not recognise that I have paid.

AVG took £54.99 from my account on 24th April,in advance of my renewal date of 22 May. Ok so far, but today an AVG pop-up tells me that my full protection has expired. What's going on?

I've entered my activation code - I get the message "Sorry, something went wrong…".

I am sorry if you mistook us. As it isn't advised to discuss account related information in the public forum, my colleague had shared you the email.

We are really sorry to know that your subscription is showing expired despite the renewal. Please check to reactivate your subscription. Reactivating your subscription will fix the expired message notification. Please follow the instructions provided by Aarthy in the previous email for activation and let us know if it helped.
