The issue should be with the activation of your subscription. Let's work together to fix the issue.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
If you have an option as "Log out", click on it and check whether you get an option as "Log into account".
If yes, click on it and proceed to enter your AVG my account credentials.
Click "Log in" and wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates Internet Security subscription.
Keep me informed about the status.
I PURCHASED ZEN SO I AM UNSURE WHAT I HAVE AT THE MOMENT. I HAVE ALWAYS UPDATED. I UPDATED PC INTERNET SECURITY AND I RESTARTED COMPUTER AND NOW I CANNOT ACEESS IT. IT STATED THAT I NEEDED TO RENEW WHICH IS NOT CORRECT. I CAN STILL ACCESS PC TUNEUP. I ALSO HAVE VPN SECURE. PLEASE HELP
that is my problem, it will not open avg internet security on this laptop, and I dont believe my subscription is due.
