Just received another email run around.  I did not pay for this product with a credit card.  I paid with a check and you have not issued me a refund.  If this refund of $208.99 is not forthcoming I will proceed with the legal steps necessary.  I have patiently waited for a return check.  You could not have applied my refund to a credit card as it was paid with a company business check.
