Try installing using AVG Internet Security program using offline installer which is available in this website: https://www.avg.com/download.prd-gsr as 32/64 bit.
Download the exact bit version and during installation process, click on "Enter license" option available at the bottom of the installation screen.
Enter the license number that you purchased and complete the installation process.

My request #05618151 was processed by Piraisudan and the Internet Security Interface is working fine now. Thank you all for your proactive support.

I discovered that the AVG Dash Board has turned fully white. I tried to re-install AVG internet security. The installation gets stuck at 97% and does not go to completion. Dash Board continues to be white. Do not know if Protection is ON and unable to do scans. Please help.
