AVG Internet Security

Hello Philip,

I recommend you to keep up your conversation in you original post: https://support.avg.com/answers?id=9060N000000PgtR .
To perform activation, it is necessary to log out and then proceed with the log in.
Unless you log out, the option for log in will not appear.
Hence, proceed with the log out even when it prompts as "downgrade to free".
Keep me informed about the status.

This follows an email sent on March 9, 2018 outlining two issues:
1. I purchased Internet Security-Unlimited through March 2020. I am receiving notification telling me that my subscription expires on March 28, 2018. Please advise.
2. I purchased "Password Protection" Through August 2020 - My system is showing the following:
- "Online Accounts" - Protected
- "Browser Protection" - Not Protected.

I received a return response from Mr Balasubramanian on March 10 with the following: 1. Open AVG and Select My Subscriptions…I did that and clicked on "Subscriptions" (did not say My Subscriptions") 2. Click on LOG OUT and check whether you get an option as "Log into Account"…I did not get that option. Instead I got a message, "LOG OUT? This will downgrade you to FREE Anti Virus and you will loose all paid features until you reactivate the product"  …At this point, I am lost at what to do…Neither of my original issues have been resolved and I find myself paying for security software I am not receiving…Please advise.   Phil Jones

Philip, Also in future, to keep everything together, please try to keep the whole conversation in one question/thread to speed up any resolution.
