I am one of your customers and on march 3 2020 i bought an AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) , 3 year subscription, 10 devices, billed every 3 years. My order number is (order id redacted).
I received an email on : Wed, Mar 4 2020 at 12:13 AM from you about this.
Last week and today i looked in my AVG MyAccount but i could not find my 3 yers AVG internet security ( multi-Device on it.
Can you help me about this. Wat do i have to doe?

Dear sir,
On Wed, Mar 4, 2020 at 2:25 PM i recived a payment for order 115730625 on 03-05-2020 for orderd items ; 1xAVG Total Care Bunbel, 1xAVG Driver Updater and 4xAVG Ultimate.
At the same dag on Wed, Mar 4, 2020 at 2:33 PM i received a payment for order 115673072 for orders : 1 x AVG Total Care Bundel, 1 x AVG Driver Updater and 4 x AVG Ultimate.
Because these two was the same and by mistaking AVG charge me 2 times for the same product, therfor i asked for refund.
I newer asked for refund on Internet Security (Multi-Device) subscription on 3/5/20 for 3 years.
Can you solve this probleem for me please.
