Hello Martyn,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We will check and help you to resolve it.
As the AVG Internet Security program set scan in incorrect time, could you please the PC and confirm whether it have correct date and time?
Keep us updated. Thanks.
it has the correct date and time because avg has worked ok before
plus my other problems would not work if my time was wrong
can not get a scheduled scan to work , its a smart scan on a friday 11am
has worked in the past, have done a repair of avg and know removed and reinstalled it still not work
my renew is due soon, think i may have to find a more reliable program
so if you set as weekly
the day for sat for 11am, it will run on a friday at 11am
as i put in my first message, its been repaired then had a remove and a reinstall
know up dated all , still will not work, with the right day, this program is such a **** these days
should offer my a big discount as my renew is due in 20 days and had this program many years
last time it did this reinstall fixed the problem but it keeps coming back after some program updates
Thank you for writing back to us, Martyn.

Thank you for your understanding.
Martyn, We've already reported this to our developer team. This is often due to the specific configuration of the device (OS, BIOS). We are working on a solution, please be assured that it will be fixed as soon as possible. The fastest solution would be to reinstall the operating system. If the scan are always run but one day prior, I would recommend you to set the test time exactly one day later than the test is scheduled and the test will start at the your required time.
