Hi Thomas,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've canceled the automatic renewal for the license expiring in March. I've also checked our records and found that you currently have 3 active licenses.

- AVG Anti-Virus, expiration March 2015
- AVG Internet Security, November 2015
- AVG PC TuneUp, November 2015

Is this information correct?

You failed to answer my question about a duplicate March renewal of a coverage I already have to 20 November 2015.  You may cancel my automatic renewal and I shall consider what action I should take in November when my present coverage expires.  Your so-called experts have made this whole process too complicated for residential intermittent users of the internet!!!

I have been notified that renewal of my Internet Security is due.  There seems to be some confusion in my account.  I have coverage expiring 20 Nov 2015 under license # IMBKJ-QF2F4-ZQQOV-7KMS9-VTBOO.  This appears to be double billing.  Please explain----and while you are about it please cancel the automatic renewal provision.
