This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to look into this & help you.
Initially, we'd like to clarify that AVG Breach Guard doesn't interfere with the network connectivity. 
Please clarify whether you're unable to access websites. If so, let us know whether it is in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
If you suspect that AVG Breach Guard is causing the issue, you can also uninstall it from control panel to check.

Help, please. I installed AVG Breach guard not long ago on my Windows 10 pc. All of a sudden, I can’t access the internet at all. How do I undo this?  Thanks.
Also, does AVG have a phone number to call for support?
