AVG is Blocking and quarantining uTorrent desktop client

I'm running AVG Internet security (23.7.3294 (build 23.7.8348.789). I am having problems when trying to download uTorrent.exe (Stable 3.5.5 Build 45952 version. As the laptop is downloading the executable it gets blocked by AVG and quarantined. How do I get round this problem. There is no VPN involved. If I shut down AVG (which I don't like doing), it will then download and install. But as soon as soon as I switch on AVG back on it quarantine's the app. When I search the internet all I find is out o date solutions for this version owing to the fact you have updated  the menu selection. Am running Windows 11 (fully updated) on this laptop. solution please if anyone can help.
