Avg is blocking my printer

nothing is listed as "Basic Rules" and under " Basic Protection" i don't see the options you listed. i really need this to print.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please open your  AVG Internet Security program>> Menu >> Settings >> Full Protection >> System Rules.
In that list, enable the ''Allow windows file and printer sharing" and click continue.
You can also refer to this article for the same: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Antivirus-Enhanced-Firewall-System-Rules
Check if you can use the printer and scanner now.

Password Protection
Remote Access Shield
Webcam  Protection
Sensitive Data
Fake Website Shield

In the latest version of AVG Internet Security, 'System rules' has been renamed to 'Basic rules'. Please refer to this article to configure them.
