AVG is blocking Sharex and I can't unblock it

Hello Greg,

I understand the inconvenience. Please open AVG Internet Security > Click Hacker Protection tile > Click the Ransomware Settings (gear icon) > Manage blocked and allowed applications. From there you can unlock the Sharex program and check the status.

Hello. Since the latest Sharex (an open source screenshots software) update, AVG has been blocking the program and labeling it as a "potential ransomware" everytime it tries to write to my Documents folder (it has to, since it saves my screenshots there). 

It used to show a pop-up asking me to unblock or block definitely (it would keep blocking anyways) until I accidentally clicked the button to block it. Now it doesn't show the pop-up anymore and I don't know how to allow Sharex to write to my files again.

Any help?
