I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please repair of AVG Internet Security once as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY and then change the Firewall settings as mentioned below:
1) Open AVG Internet Security dashboard and click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components"
2) To the right scroll down to click on "Customize" of Firewall.
3) Click on "Network Profiles" and to the right select "Private" if it is set to public.
If the issue persists, do let us know.
Since the latest upgrade I can no longer access any websites without turning off the firewall.
