Since you have purchased AVG Protection it will be active in your account and you can use Performance as trial version. At first we request you to run remover tool to remove all the traces of AVG and then install AVG Protection. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

I came back to you with the same problem that it bother me again and again and…, I mean "AVG is not able to recognize your License Number".
So, for this time please send me my number licence because it's very annoying to remove and reinstall the soft since my laptop is not "very" new and the speed of processing … it doesn't matter.
Anyway, please find for me, another way to reactivate my license without removing AVG …
I like your internet security solution and I don't want to replace it for that annoying problem.

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
