AVG is not starting properly on my Mac

Please let us know the version of your MAC & AVG Antivirus installed (Open AVG - Click on AVG in menu bar - Select About AVG Internet Security).
Meanwhile, you can restart the computer once & let us know if it helps. If issue persists, we'll help you with the reinstallation steps.

I am also having the same problem in that I can't get AVG Anti-virus for Mac to reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a number of times only for it to say it has installed but just wont open and therefore I can't get it to run. So can you please send me also "reinstall AVG Antivirus on Mac using our tool." that you sent Balasubramanian.

Since today the scan function on my mac is not running. The program is working however the scan or deep scan does not start. Wanted to uninstall the program and to install again. But reinstallation is not possible because the program always open. Find no way to close AVG . Is there anybody for help?

My PC started a routine maintenance scan then stopped completely. This happened a few days after upgrading  to Windows 10.

Harry, we received email delivery failure notice and it seems that the attachment that we sent has been considered as threat by your email service provider.
Please check the email account or email client settings and change it to accept the email attachment.
Once it is done, do let us know. We will then send the email again.
