Hello, Mary.

Please accept my apologies with regards to the AVG software not living up to your expectations. May I know what is the version of AVG that you are using now? In the current release, AVG User Interface will updated the “Last scan run” data only if you press "Scan Computer" floating button and not for any other scans. However, in the upcoming release of AVG the quick scan, deep scan and full comp scan or scheduled scan should be updated too.

Ever since Last Year in July 2017 when I downloaded the newest  AVG  ("NEW and IMPROVED") antivirus I have been having issues on both of my computers. I have the paid version for 2 years. It says I have never done a scan when I do so  as scheduled scan or done manually, it also NEVER shuts down after the scan is finished even though I have settings to do so. I am at the point to just get rid of AVG totally because of these new changes. It is soooooo frustrating!! I can NOT seem to get any of the settings and scheduling to work properly no matter what advanced changes I make to the program. any suggestions ???

I am using version 18.1.3044. I have run different scans in my settings and get the scan never run and on my husbands computer it says scan has not run in more than 5 months. I schedule scans and also run them manually it still says the same thing never under "last scan run"  and neither computer will shut down after the scans. I prefer the OLD AG over this NEW AVG!
