AVG is preventing Wintab32.dll file from loading for my digitizer board

Kenza:
As per your request enclosed is the error message received, this is from an estimating program that uses a digitizer board to do misc. functions, calculations. I have been running AVG for a long time and not had this problem until recently when AVG was updated. I have uninstalled AVG and there is no longer the error message, also I can restart the computer and open this program before AVG opens and not have this problem. I tried to disable AVG but the issue is not corrected. I believe the file is being blocked from opening. I also downloaded driver updates for this driver also.  I run Windows XP Pro and use AVG downloaded from their website.
I appreciate your timely response.
Thanks,
Craig

Hi There Craig,
So we are able to help a bit more may you elaborate on details a little bit, i will certainly try helping you if you could provide me with the following information.

1) Your Operating System (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 etc.)
2) Your AVG Version (Internet Security, Anti-Virus etc.)
3) The Error message which is displayed (You may find it easier to press the PrtSc button on your computer/laptop and then CTRL-V on snag.gy and past the link here so we can see the full error message)
