AVG is really acting up

Hello Sam,

We realize the situation and there should be traces of AVG left over on your PC which should be the reason for AVG services running in the background.
Let us use our tools to remove the traces and check the status.
Run AVG clear followed by remover tool as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/JDK1db aticle.
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found for remover tool, click on "Run Anyway" to proceed further.
Once this is done, install AVG Antivirus free as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/LYUXfg article and check the status with CPU usage.
Thank you.

So I was trying to run a game and I was watching my task manager and I noticed that my CPU was maxed out, every once in a while my Disk got a little on the high-end as well. I attempted to close "AVG Service (32 bit)" via task manager, but it denies my access. AVG Service alone takes up 25% of my total CPU, and, here's the fun part. I fully uninstalled AVG yesterday, today, it's still there. I'm actually tempted to run an antivirus against the antivirus because this is ridiculous. I got AVG to keep my PC clean, not to give my PC involuntary and permanent clutter.

I uninstalled AVG through my apps and features settings last night, did the restart, and then shut down my computer. Today is the next day and I opened my task manager just to check, it's still there, and it's really not being friendly to my PC's performance.Apps & Features settings on the left, showing that AVG is not installed. On the right is the Task Manager, saying that AVG Service is straining my CPU.
