Last year I told you already that I do not want to work with AVG any more if you take money from my account without making an quote for the product first. To my surprise I see you have done it again. I want you to immediately pay me back this amount of 89,99 € which is not the product that I might consider to buy for that amount of Price. I only have one laptop and I am a pensioned woman without much money. You are just stealing from me. I also just found out in your customer site that I payed twice for AVG secutity last year and this year you just doubled the price. I have only got one laptop and no multi-device. You can imagine that I am extremely upset by the way of working from AVG.
I request an immediate refund asap and a decent quote for an eventualy new contrat for internet security.
