Hello Michael,
We're sorry to know that a long term customer feel this way.
You have been charged £44.99 on 6th December 2019 for the renewal of AVG TuneUp Multidevice (1 Year) subscription.
Earlier, you signed up for AVG TuneUp (30 day) trial order on 21st November 2018 and it had auto renewal service enabled.
Hence, you were charged £34.99 on 18th December 2018 for 1 Year subscription.
The same happened for this year and prior email billing notification was sent to the registered email address.
We assure you that, AVG will not charge without authorization.
Do you still confirm to get refund for the recent charge £44.99?
Hi I'm a longterm user of AVG, have always found the program reliable and I formerly had a paid subscription but cancelled it when my financial situation changed. well, I was a long term user. after today, I'm uninstalling this piece of malware, because you have just decided to straight up rob me
as I just found out today, AVG has decided to purchase AVG tuneup. I have never looked for this, I have never tried to purchase this. the only interractions I had with tuneup was a very persistent pop up recently telling me about it - pop-ups I closed using the x key, not clicking further or anything else. I did not buy this piece of software. AVG has used my bank details to buy it itself. whats worse, it purchased tuneup using money I do not have meaning I am now in debt
so I am curious how I can get a refund for this? because this is a stressful enough time without me having to deal with debt caused by my antivirus program frauding me... the thing you have an antivirus program to stop
