AVG Keeps Asking "Please connect to the Internet

I have tried re-install, I have tried AVGclear but nothing is resolving this issue. I'm on a Windows 10 edition.

Yes, I have HMA installed but disabled it as part of the attempt to fix the issue. That did nothing.

I do not have any other virus protection installed.
