AVG keeps crashing

I have tried to respond to an email that is a no reply email.  So I am not sure what else to do. Sorry for the frustrations but I don't see where to send the logs to.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please share a screenshot of the AVG User interface (if possible the threat detection page also) to assist you further. I have been trying to run AVG and it keeps crashing.  I run it, I see 6 threats.  It keeps running.  I walk away and come back and it crashed and is gone. 

I am not a new user of AVG as I have had it for a long time.

Could you plese let me know what email to send the files too?  I don't see where to send it and when I reply it's a noreply account. Thanks.

Sara, I understand this must be upsetting. We haven't received the log files, please try to collect the log files and save it in a folder. Then attach the folder to us via email to check the logs.

Sara, It would appear that both Balasubramanian & Bhuvaneswari Vairavan (AVG Technologies) have sent you separate emails to your registered email address for you to reply to.
