Avg keeps telling me to download, i already have. and paid for it. what next?

You do not NEED a screenshot to understand this problem!  We're getting popups asking up to buy your products AFTER we buy them … it's annoying and should be stopped.  AND IT CAN BE and you do not need a screen shot to do it. If this is your idea of customer support at AVG … requests for unnecessry screen shots, form letters that do not even discuss the topic you inquired about, and programs that slow your computer down horribly as they 'work' … I use the word "work" loosely because so far, it IS NOT working as advertised.  I'm ready to kick it to the curb, and get my money back and go with another company.  Since being active on the web since 1991, and prior to that, working with the military/universities since 1984 — I wonder who the heck is handling customer support?  They sure are not doing a good job. Your PR and marketing people are great … if you could just get the nuts & bolts of the operaion working right, hey … you would then have a fabulous product !  But so far, too glitchy, too many bugs, and NO ONE at AVG seems to know their left hand from their right hand, and some of them have their heads buried so far up … well, let's just say this:  they could lick their tonsils!  GRIN!  Come on … we pay good money that WE worked HARD for and you give us this … MESS.

Hi Terry,

Unfortunately I often need more information to better understand issue, with pop-ups it is even harder it may not be our pop-up, it may be campaign I can tell without more info.

BTW generally Customer support is not responsible for Bugs in software.

If you want us analyze issue you are experiencing please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.
Thanks

I have the same problem!  I downloaded the trial version, then bought & PAID FOR the service.  The "free trial" reminder keeps appearing when I reboot my computer, now saying I only have 8 days left.  I have the email confirmation from you and the Key #

I tried AVG and the Tune up as a Trial, then bought them both.
However it keeps telling me to sign up and download. What do I do next.
Please email me or tell me which number to call. Thank you Jacki Lamphire
