We regret the inconvenience, check if you have AVG icon on your desktop screen. If so, open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> enter your email address. If you have your email address in subscription tab, please choose log out. Then you will have the option to enter license number or refer this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate to activate your AVG Antivirus with its new license number.

I received my licence number via email and have paid subscription. I downloaded the file but could not enter the licence number. I have now lost connection to the avg protection file and do not know whether I am protected or not. Please help.
