AVG License Error

Open AVG Antivirus -> Menu -> About -> check its version.

I renewed my AVG AntiVirus subscription on October 8, 2018 and applied the new license number at that time.  All has been working well until yesterday (January 7, 2019) when I received a License Error message that states: AVG is not able to recognize your License Number.  Please click on Re-enter and enter your license number again.

I follow the instructions and re-enter the license number and the dialog indicates the license is valid.

A while later the error reappears.  

When I check the Internet Security UI it indicates that I am Fully protected and when I check "My Subscription" it shows the license number and indicates it expires October 22, 2019.

I have tried to use the repair tool but the message continues to re-appear.

What do I need to do to correct this?
