Had problem with Linkscanner on Friday and spent some three hours on phone and with remote technicians. Same thing on Saturday and they've taken info off my system to sort the problem. Have been through maybe 7 remote technicians and lengthy phone calls - all tried the same things and ended up with the same problem. Updating computer and web is still running…Heard nothing since bar email this morning suggesting i get in touch for a remote technician…is anyone listening?
