AVG locked me out of my Azure RDP

Hello Zou,
Thank you for reaching AVG Support Community.
I'll certainly check and help you.
Could you tell us more details about what you are experiencing?
Are you not able to use a specific remote application to connect your remote desktop?
Are you facing this issue on your remote device or your own PC?
May I know the operating system of your PC?
If possible, please share the relevant screenshots about your concern, so it will be easier to understand your situation.
Thank you.

Today i paid for AVG subscription, once i did, it started activating all services. Next thing i am logged out of my remote desktop, and i can't access it. all i have now is powershell access through Azure portal. I can't delete the machine or redeploy it because i dont want to lose my data.

What is the solution?

Basically once i paid for the subscription, some kind of firewall turned on and block all incoming connections to the remote desktop. Since it is a virtual machine, i have no access on how to restore it, and even Azure powershell doesn't have enough privelege to force disable avg services.

Now what i did is, i set up a new ssd on azure, i installed windows on it, swap it as boot os, and used my old drive as an extra drive.

I think AVG automatically locking all inbound connections without consulting the user is extreme.
