The new version of Firefox v60 is currently being disabled from connecting to any site by AVG Webshield. This needs to be corrected. I shut off Web Shield and resolved the problem.

When I attempt to add it to firefox throught the import certificate process, the file you have indicated is grayed out until I select every type of file. I then try to add it and it comes back and asks for a password to decrypt the file. I give my system password and it replys "Failed to decode the file. Either it is not in PKCS #12 format, has been corrupted, or the password you entered was incorrect"
