On 29 June, I finally managed to make contact on the chatline.  Initially went through the contact procedure and having put in my details and the nature of the complaint, and AVG pop-up, having completed all the fields, I was told that it was incomplete and this continued time and again.
I then went through 3 "advisers" and the final one kept pushing for access to my.  Finally, reluctantly, I allowed it.  During this persons meandering around the computer, the wallpaper changed to a great white trying to take a mouthful out of a seal.

The pop-up has gone, the rotating wallpaper has ceased and cannot be moved on, as it could before this person meddled and my email to AVG has been ignored.  How does one get back onto the chatline?
