AVG minimizing applications

I've sent you an email with further instructions to send us the diagnostics from your computer so that we can escalate the case to our Senior Team to analyze the AVG logs and provide you with a resolution for the issue. Without me being able to see what is happening it is hard to estimate what the situation is.

I have set in setttings for avg to not show notifications , yet every day atleast in the same time it Alt-tabs application im on to desktop without showing anything. Only thing i can see is that in Atl-tab panel there is Req Square icon with a key and that AVGUI has 3 processes.
