AVG Missed this Malware

Windows 8.1 infected. AVG Zen products find no problems, I've run several other scanners, each finds something, but still have a problem. MalWareBytes is aware of a problem and stops an outgoing web session, stating it is a malware site. I cannot find the root cause. One of the ip numbers attempted to access is eighty-two.163.143.39 on the obscure port 52471, there have been several. Other symptoms include popups, lockups, redirected web sessions, offers of help, etc. Any suggestions how to clean this machine would be greatly appreciated! I thought upgrading to Zen would do it. :frowning:
Thanks
Bill

Hello Bill,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to please uninstall all unknown, unnecessary programs from your computer, make sure you don't uninstall the windows programs. Also remove all the weird, unwanted add-ons, plugins, extensions, tool bars and search bars from your web browsers, if the issue persists, reset your browsers once. This should fix your issue.
Please feel free to contact us should you need any assistance.
Thank you.

Hello Bill,

Thank you for the information.
We have escalated this to our senior level team and awaiting for a suggestion.
Once we get a reply from them we will post it here.
Your patience is much appreciated.

That's your professional response? How does that clean this machine? Reverting to a previous restore point may remove a registry setting I can't find, but the malware will still be there somewhere. I was  hoping for better.

Bill, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
AVG Guru

Hi, AVG gurus. I have now run the following programs, starting in safe mode:
Tdskiller
Rkill
Malwarebytes
Hitmanpro
Adwcleaner
F-Secure
HouseCallLauncher
Jrt
Kapersky
Emisoft
Reset browsers to original default settings.

Still getting popups and redirection. A full AVG scan returns a clean bill of health. Other thoughts?
Thanks
Bill

Thank you for the advice. I've done most of these things, but will go back and double check all of the items.

Thank you, I'm anxiously awaiting your direction. I thought I posted this, but guess I was logged out without knowing.
