Dear Sir,

My avg Mobile antivirus-for-android was Re-billed in 2022 and 2023 AGAIN by means of  VISA of DBS (Development Bank of Singapore).
My single Mobile phone was impossible to order the same service twice.
I want to refund billing for Year 2023 or/and then to CANCEL the Un-informed & Un-confirmed subscriptions.
Please kind to deal this issue. Un-informed & Un-confirmed, Unauthorized transaction was NOT appreciated.
Original subscription was via Taiwan Mobile Phone No.= 886-922062116.
