For Anti-Theft features to be working, the following conditions are mandatory:

1. Active data connection on your device.
2. Your device should be turned ON and it should not be formatted.
3. Device should be displayed under Anti-theft website.

Follow the steps to reset PIN online :

1. Visit my.avg.com
2. Login with AVG MyAccount credentials.
3. You can find device listed.
4. Select device and tap on Settings
5. Tap on Anti-Theft Tab.
6. Enter PIN confirm PIN again.
7. Tap on save to change PIN number for your device.

Once after PIN reset you can enter the same on your device and unlock your device.

I cannot use my mobile phone since this afternoon as a siren comes on and a voice keeps repetitively telling me my phone as been lost or stolen which it clearly hasn't. How can I rectify this as I am absolutely clueless to why this has happened, I didn't even know I had this on my phone?
