AVG moved software to quarantine, but quarantine is empty

We'd like to clarify that AVG will not delete files but the files/ folders will be moved to quarantine from where it can be restored if required.
Could you please confirm the program version of AVG Internet Security/ AVG Antivirus free using the below step,

  • Open AVG > Go to menu > About > Check the program version
Also kindly share us the screenshot of the quarantine where you checked, using the below article so that we can check and help you accordingly.

I am so horribly disappointed.  My TalkTalk defence sub ran out this morning, so I chose AVG as a replacement.   I installed it, and within 5 minutes it has taken off, and seems to have binned my music software!!  I use it all the time, it's my livelihood, along come AVG with no warning and rips it from my PC.   It tells me it has moved it to quarantine because it considered it a threat to my PC.  I've searched EVERYWHERE to try to find an answer, and everything says the same thing.  Go to quarantine and check the boxes you want to restore.

THERE IS NOTHING IN QUARANTINE.  JUST AN +ADD BUTTON.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.  I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!
