AVG not activated. no licence number

I purchased AVG today order 8909712710 and received my Invoice. AVG will not activate and keeps asking for the new licence number. According to your system the new licence has been sent but I do not have it. I cannot find the link to find out my licence as your welcome mail is complex and confusing. My AVG shows that I am only on basic protection that is not what I paid for. Also I note my IV contains VAT as I live in New Zealand therefore should not pay VAT!  Can you sort this mess out please ?
