Hi Cory,
We are sorry to hear this.
We will help you to resolve the issue.
AVG will scan all the virus files in your computer.
Please share us the screenshot of the explorer.exe
Right click on the taskeng.exe and find the location of the file. Then share us the screenshot of the location.
Regarding the wireless keyboard, since it is not store device. It might not transmit virus.

For about 3-4 weeks I have been plagued by explorer.exe. I understand there are TWO(one is good and one is NOT) I have the NOT one. It will take me to my home page and allows me to do NADA. The only way for me to rid myself of it (3 days max) is to do a FORCE CLOSE. I have since been starting my PC, then checking to see if everything is frozen and if so closing and restarting. I have run every Security program I have and to be fair, NONE have picked it up. I have Googled it and it has several ways to clean & get rid of it. I am not very trusting of links I don't know since I'm not sure how I picked this up. Plus it seems that every way is way too complicated for a semi-techie person. It kills me that I have several PAID Programs and now I am going to have to hire someone to come in and take care of this. But I may have no choice since now I have taskeng.exe popping up and it appears to be also a threat. This is a dumb question but in the middle of May I was having issues(will not go into it since no one understood what I was saying at that time) I discovered it was my wireless keyboard. The USB that had the wireless receiver in it was bad so I bought a hub and plug it into the remaining good USB. Any chance this was the hub. All this began after. Or just a coincidence. I have run AVG at least 7 times and it never shows. Thank you
