Hello AVG community,
I am having trouble installing AVG for Mac as I keep getting the following error…
"The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance"
Even if i download the up to date installer from AVG's website i continue to get the same problem and I was wondering if anyone might be able to assist me in working out why this is happening?

Hello Bharath,
AVG has never been installed on the Mac previously and so there are not any previous installations of AVG.
Could you please let me know what the next steps may be in resolving this issue?
