Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Upon checking your record we can see that you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and it expires on 4th October 2017.
We request you to run our AVG remover tool once and then install AVG Internet security program.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

My AVG PRO protection in Aus had gone from my pc. Called support and was connected to a tech in California USA. He put it back on then told me I needed a higher protection.I refused the offer . He then disconnected the AVG again .I reloaded it but it has gone on to former account and not the new one that was paid in Sept 2015.Order number37-601 9976.I am NOT pleased!!!
