Hello Anne,
We are sorry that you are unable to work with AVG Internet Security unlimited in your PC. We would request you to remove previously installed AVG program traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security unlimited.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like Avast, Norton, Kaspersky or McAfee try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled them from your system, try to follow the steps mentioned below.

Hi , I have a paid version of AVG ultimate which has stopped working. It is not due for renewal until May. When I log in , I only get details details of what it should do , but not how I can run the scans.
