Hello Patricia,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. After entering the license number, does AVG program display it as a valid number with the green tick mark?

Tried to put the AVG on my husband's computer.  It took the license number but the continue button (or whatever was next) will not light up, almost as if I had not entered a number.
What am I doing wrong?
