AVG Online Security Blocking Website After Uninstall

I keep getting the screen that says AVG is blocking a website no matter what I do.

What I've tried:

  • Uninstalling AVG using the Control Panel on my computer
  • Uninstalling AVG using AVG Remover
  • Reinstalling AVG and uninstalling it again both ways
  • Adding the website to the Exceptions list
  • Submitting the website to the AVG 'False Positive' site 
  • Restarting my computer roughly 25 times
Nothing Works.
