AVG out of date

Hello Terry,

I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that the program got corrupted when trying to update. I would request you to uninstall AVG Internet Security from the control panel and reinstall it.

My AGV shows that it is 'out of date' but when I try to update it, it tells me it is already the up to date version. How do I clear this? 
I renewed my licence in DEC 17
