Hi,
After the latest windows update(windows 10) I could not get AVG to run from the shortcut. Iv'e now sorted this by re-install.
I used to get the AVG displayed in the ribbon of outlook, blacklist, white list, spam, not spam.
After the re-install iv'e lost this, iv'e looked and the AVG add in is enabled.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Gary

Hi Sarath,
Thanks

Thank you for the screenshot, Gary.
If you have the AVG add in enabled in Outlook then it should be doing the necessary work to mark the spam emails.
Could you check whether AVG Anti-Spam feature is installed by checking it on "Payments" component from AVG Internet Security interface?
