I am perplexed by AVG advising a user to subscribe to a new product when already installed on the computer with a valid subscription. This just seems so wrong and does not give you an option even to advise the product is already installed!!!

My account is so messed up, I can’t figure it out. they keep telling me that my subscription has expired, but it is valid until 3/2029??? I will try to fix again when I can muster the patience.
