Avg password protection

Have you installed the AVG Internet Security in your computer?

Can you send us the screenshot of the expired message?

I just bought a two year subscription to AVG  password protection.  It shows in my account that I made the purchase, but I can't activate it. As soon as I tried to log in to my account to activate it I only get box X and - and it says that my subscription is expired. And the money is gone from my bank account! What do I do? Please and thank you.
I have sent you the screen shots as requested. Don't know what good it will do. But, thank you I am awaiting reply.

We haven't received the screenshot yet. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password. This should enable your AVG Password Protection subscription.

Don't know why you did not get the screen shots.  Anyways, I have done what you are suggesting many times and it just won't work. Log out, log in…still expired.  What next?
