Hello. Wondering if the community might help. I have a HP Laptop that I am currently running AVG Premium on. All products are running good with the exception of AVG Password Protection. I am subscribed however it says that its not active. When I go to subscriptions it shows active and when I try to switch to it it gives me " A Error has Occurred" I've tried restarting to no avail. Help please if you can??

Tried attaching picture but the mountain icon turns grey when i click on it and will not allow me to attach. Any other way.
