Hello Barbara,

I understand that you purchased AVG Password Protection and unable to activate the same in your computer. Please open the AVG dashboard installed in your computer and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option. Click on your email address, select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if AVG program gets activated.

I purchased a 2 year plan for AVG Password Protection yesterday.   Apparently, it should be on the window with the rest of my AVG products, but it isn't.  I find it nowhere on my computer.  Where is it?  Anyone?
